Court-Ordered Evaluations
Court-ordered evaluations are structured clinical assessments requested by a court to inform legal decisions. These evaluations are conducted in accordance with applicable state guidelines and include comprehensive diagnostic impressions, psychosocial history, and evidence-based treatment recommendations.
Services may include substance use evaluations, mental health assessments, and court-ready written reports prepared for judicial review. Reports are objective, thorough, and clinically grounded.
In-Court Testimony:
When required, professional testimony is available at a separate hourly rate. Testimony includes expert clinical interpretation of evaluation findings and treatment recommendations.
